It’s will be more appropriate to call it a jail instead of a company. Management is horrible. Typical orthodox mindset of the management. They have also implemented several rules and regulations in office premises which you will receive in pdf format of 2-3 pages on the day of joining. The rules are like you can’t use elevator and take stairs for going to 4th floor from 1st floor as the elevator is only for management people, you have to keep your bag and shoes in locker outside the office, you can’t use phone during office hours, you have to add suffix “ji” while addressing them, you can’t wear any heavy bangles or metal ornaments in hand which might scratch the office properties such as staircase/walls/show pieces, you have to stop and shift to side if you see any management person while going somewhere in the office premises and you have to wait until the person crosses the place and the list goes on....Read More
