Likes

Kirpekar egg is leading in manufacturing of special purpose welding machine. I like most in this company is welding technology because I learn no of things from that and same I have added to my skills. I also like the working time and salary.

I dislike tha fact in this company is unwanted urgency.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
