The company gives decent paycheck and always on time. Excellent travel rules policy for senior management. Being a legendary organization the range of products are very wide.

Dislikes

The organisation doesn't have project culture which had been the reason for pile of old projects remaining open for years together. Despite of being a listed organization the management is run from kitchen!!! There is basic lack of professionalism in the organisation culture!

Had a mix of experience! I was able to give some exceptional results (for majority of my association with the organization) till there was minimal interventions from the promotors!
