Honestly I never thought I will work with so big company, I am actually proud working here in KBL. I got this opportunity from naukari.com, its awesome experience for me. Overall company is ver good. I learned many things from here. HR of the companies are good, there is ethics counselor team, for any harassment issues, they work on that strictly. It's a new experience for me with KBL. In Kirloskar Brothers I dislike only one thing& that is politics, but no worry it happens in every organization now a days. But if you get over it, You can achieve your desired goal easily. Also the target that they set to us is very high, which impacts on our Incentives. And also to our KRA. My job location is far away from my hometown..which is a big concern for me.
