Likes

Work culture is awesome, there are some managers who are very supportive and always guides there subordinates towards right way. Job security is also quite good.

Dislikes

Some managers are corrupted, always took advantage of there long service periods, built unnecessary pressure on there sub-ordinates, a lot of politics and the upper management is not at all market oriented while making there policies. Increment is very slow even slower than a sloth. One employee used to get increment once in a 3 year.

Work Details

9-5:30 job, weekly off Saturday Sunday.Sometimes need to work on weekends also. And sometimes need to work till late night.overall it is good.
