Overall very fast company to make decisions . Work hours are more. But less meetings and focus on meetings agenda with timeline . Good pay and promotion policy . Employee policies are little below compared to industry standard but being a new company in india, many policies will be revised in coming years

There is no good culture in this company. This is only an MNC by name but you will find only "Babu type culture" here. Higher management mainly Koreans doesn't bother about your success and wellbeing. Middle management are the high ranking Indian executives are in big roles who are actually not capable of managing things. They misguide the Korean management for their own personal gain and growth. People who are holding a level of HoS and above position are not at all competent enough to run the process. KIA is good for it's product but process wise it's a big failure in the Indian market.
