I particularly have nothing to dislike however the week offs you can not take and that is totally ok in sales field because you can not get holidays in this field in compare to other industries

Due to high demand of kia in india dealers misuse this opportunity they didn't give properly response to the customer they didn't working on kia SOP's kia want deliver car on priority basis on behalf of the booking but dealer provide vehicle to our relatives and freinds and know person in one or two day but one customer is waiting for car more than 4 months and after waiting 4 months dealer want to sale value added service and antirust tefflon without customer accptence so this is the reason of my resignation....Read More

Before join kia i am in mahindra so in mahindra there is no better dresscode but i like kia's dress pattern so i feel very professional kia give very premium fabric design but the dealer give very chep quality fabric for us so this is very bad experiece

I am working since July 1st 2019 and I am very blessed that the top management is very supportive they have solved manythings without breaking my spurity and drive. Also they include things like honesty,self respect,motivation. I am very satisfied with the company and also enjoyed the training sessions a lot. .
