It is definitely a plus when you all believe in the company policies. All this is a combined effort of members such as you. The engagement activities are arranged to keep our members involved and engaged. However, considering our industry though we try to encourage everyone a very few participate. The HR team understands that each individual is different and manages time and work differently, and there is a personal choice in terms of work and play. Believe us, we truly appreciate all of you who participate in activities, this is what work much more fun. Appreciation is always there on different forums that you must have observed. Gifting for participation is something that is not feasible taking into account the the number of branches and participation.
