Really good environment to take over challenging projects.. Even though I am a senior hardware engineer after came up here I faced many new things! Really interesting and enjoyed more

Dislikes

As per my opinion there is nothing to say negatively.. They giving all the rights to everyone.. If they feel sleepy without permission they can sleep.. They provided a bed.. Sometimes too many works will be committed.. That time it will be hectic

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
