People not Leave the company they Leave their immediate manager. Eastern region position in the span of 4/5 years 3 people left already reason everyone's know. If anyone Focussing right direction then he may be barred to perform his duty by using wrong power at his position. Except East region all region is doing good.

HR only taking action against employees they never think about why it happened or about employees welfare. 4. Worst quality lunch and dinner(committee members cary there lunch from home ) 5. No fair salary distribution. 6. Operators are God no one take actions against them. 7. Worst safety culture and quality culture. 8.
