Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. People not Leave the company they Leave their immediate manager. Eastern region position in the span of 4/5 years 3 people left already reason everyone's know. If anyone Focussing right direction then he may be barred to perform his duty by using wrong power at his position. Except East region all region is doing good.

1) No work life balance 2) If you came in morning shift you have no choice to go home on time, you have to stay here for 12 hrs minimum that too without any OT or comp. off. 3) Mentally harassment on the name of safety. 4) Operators are treated like god, no accountability. 5) HR department focus on leaving on time, they have nothingto do with the oversitting staff. 6) No manpower to work, production department forced to meet the deadline without manpower. 7) No assessment on NVA activities of production staff, management just giving more and more work. 8) No focus on reducing the paperwork, for every error there is only one solution - Fill the paper. 9) Nothing for skill development, no external trainings. 10) Food is worst, top management avoids having lunch and bring their home made food in office....Read More
