There is no promotion and work culture is so toxic because of that the skilled workers are leaving every 2 years. And there is 2 year bond on the company. And there huge gender inequality. Mostly women paid more because seniors officer are males. Every man in that company are struggling to live. I never recommend another man into that company and if you recruited as a tac engineer and your career ends there.
