KSEB staff act very fast during any power failure and work effectively to bring it back with good team Co-ordination. For every permanent worker, they would often get salary appraisal as per company norms and experience. They are liable to get Bonus or any other financial aids in time. Sometimes working environment will be very risky but with appropriate team work any difficulties can be Overcomed. Onnovative ideas will depend on the ability of Main Engineers and Labours. KSEB provide's a good Work-Time balance system as the Office time will be in between morning 10am to 5 pm in evening. KSEB ensures no home in Kerala is left in dark....Read More

Dislikes

People working under Contract with KSEB are quiet under payed. A permanent worker would get 4 times the money a contract worker would get for same work load or more and is not liable to avail any medical benefits or others. He will be at his own risk. Efficiency of the Kseb Substation or Office is depended on the skill and morality of the Main Engineer and associated workers.

Work Details

I worked as Graduate Trainee Engineer in Relay Testing department. My job was to aid the Main Engineers in testing 'Relays', Power Transformers, Control panels and Others. Our work is very Complicated and requires intense attention and team work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
