Just a pathetic company with hire and fire policy

The CEO of this company is extremely money minded and in the greed to generate more money, without caring about employee retention, he uses the managers under him (who don't care about the CEO either but just act nice to him on his face to keep getting more hikes) to get the work done at any cost. There is so much pressure on us to get sales instead of improving the quality of their 3rd class products. The entire place is full of discrimination, micromanagement, groupism and toxicity.
