Kenyt.AI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to play a key role in driving operational efficiency and business success across various departments. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting day-to-day operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Objectives:

• Present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• Assist in the execution of key strategic initiatives that drive company growth.
• Support senior leadership in maintaining alignment between day-to-day activities and long-term strategic goals.
• Ensure operational effectiveness by establishing and maintaining robust processes and systems.
• Track and manage business performance through diligent analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Research & Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market and internal research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the companys objectives and long-term goals.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs across various departments, ensuring performance meets set targets and identifying areas for improvement.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations by creating and maintaining systems and processes that drive efficiency and facilitate smoother workflows across teams.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive office and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of activities. This includes organizing meetings, managing executive schedules, and preparing presentations and reports.
• Executive Support: Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and senior leaders by managing daily operations, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing communications.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor compliance with company policies and legal requirements, both in India and in other international subsidiaries. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership meetings, summarizing key performance metrics, progress on strategic initiatives, and other relevant updates.
• Task Management: Organize and track tasks and action items from leadership meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular progress updates.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate from Tier1 colleges
• Experience: 1-5 years industry experience
