It's been 2.5Years in Kent. Since I moved to Kent I felt very privileged to work with in this organization. Seen lot of difference in my working style and learned so many things and achieved a lot. Here my hard work been noticed and appreciated. The senior managers will drive you and support you in all the aspects and they motivate you to achieve the targets. My professional and personal life both are very manageable in this company compared to previous companies. Working cluture in this company is the best thing for me everyone will support you. If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning.
