The focus of the organisation currently is to tie over the crisis sweeping everyone. Efforts are on to keep the organisation working while balancing the commercial demand by adopting the lastest requirement to operate the business.

Dislikes

At a time when the organisation and the country is facing such an pandemic, the urge to improve financial outlook to keep owners/ shareholders happy is something professional organisation's need to rethink. It pains when the organisation takes action on manpower at such crucial times.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

I need to work on the shop floor. Something that is challenging with new norms being put in place for operations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
