No work life balance at all. Even after tirelessly working we won't be able to achieve set performance goals. Goals were set without even taking suggestions from employees or managers. You will be taunted even for taking a sick leave when you are actually sick. They would'nt mind when you take the leaves but will taunt you directly during PPM's. Then why are the leaves provided in the first place. Every manager wears a mask with a fake smile. You might believe its real but never fall for it. On job training will only make your life miserable as you are newbie to the field and also to corporate life. They expect everything to be learnt individually without even training employees. Canteen food is average. They expect us to make use of snacks break to do some more work. Manager politics plays a role. Some favourite employees were given hike twice in a year. One was in march and the other was in june(they were not promoted) they remained in the same designation and they also had same exp as mine in kennametal. They have 5star rating with 3star being you actually met the goals. 4 and 5 star mean you exceeded the goals and expectations. Till today no one has ever got even 4 star. As meeting 3 star is a struggle. You will actually end up 3 star. No updates will be provided to indians when their is a software update or material grade update done by the Germans. HR lies to you in the interview that work timings is 8:30 to 5:00 but the actual is 8:30 to 6:00p.m. 0 work life balance. Flexible work is only on the papers....Read More

Good technical support from management during project execution whenever we struck in any of technical issues.

Dislikes

Some people joins thru high reference and doesn't suit for our profile and resulting in delay for project execution. Most of the people focus on how to make money using TA/DA rather than project execution. Most of the field Engineers require technical training for timely project execution.
