Here I'm learning some different as other call centres. Nd it's plans are new and very helpful product in a market nd as a person there are many opportunities to grow up.

Dislikes

I have issue on office timing. It's bcoz time is 9:30 to 6:30 but everyone has to in on 9:15 nd out has no fix time. If a person has no sale on a day then they should be strach 8p.m or more. This way is very harmful for personal life and physically also.

Job is quite interesting and struggling for only out time issue bcoz Because of this my health has also deteriorated.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
