I don't like teacher's or staff group or chirping anonymous or secret inquiry status or having no support or should discouragement? Ragging by youth students just like insulted atmosphere

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.
