Best place to work if you are a permanent staff, if you are a contractual you will curse yourself each and every moment.

Dislikes

No pay on time. Parmanent staffs including the Guard considers the contractual teachers to be inferior human beings. If you are a permanent then you have hit the motherland,means you are extremely lucky.

Work Details

No work pressure but superiors are desi idiots and uneducated (some are extremely talented) can't speak English or teach properly but still they consider themselves to be Kings and Queens because they are permanent.

The very first good things which I like very much that is time. Actually the school timing is 7:20 am -2:10 pm. So after the school I have time for me ,my family and my friends.

The very worst thing is that the difference between government employees and contractual employees.
