They don’t provide any training sessions, but will want you to deliver 100% accurate reports. There are no learning and development for the employees. There is no work life balance here. They will expect you to work day and night but when it comes to appraisals they will not give you the raise you deserve. There is no respect for employees time. Nothing. No work ethic, no job security, firing without any concrete reasons, will never ever give your bonus. The co founders are nice people who actually care about it but people just below them are absolute ghouls.

Company has no projects, they will make you do same projects for repeatedly for different countries. They will fire people without any reasoning. People who report to the co founders are the real culprits who are responsible for a very hostile work environment. Many good people leave the organization because of this. Promises won't be kept in terms of work and incentive, you will have to do everything.
