The talent pool of employees in the company is of high quality with respect to knowledge, expertise at work and ethical work place behaviour. *No work life balance. Extending after working hours is common. *One must be available 24*7 , if you are denying then the same will be reflected in your appraisal. *There is no job security, even if the person is working properly. *The hiring process is very slow, the existing members have to extend and come on weekend to complete the task. *Internal politics is very much common especially at the higher levels. *The document approvals are manual including the standard procedures, one must go to different departments for signatures and most of the time people will not be available. *The lab set up doesn't have proper ergonomics. Production Department is full of politics, Some guys are staying in the same company for more than 5-6 years because of which they have created one group and torturing junior,if you don’t believe just check the record in last 5 years how many junior employees has resigned and how many seniors resigned
