All safety precautions are taken from hospital management but They avoid to give annual payment increment to all staff in covid19 period we all staffs are fighting with corona. This happens many times in KEM hospital. They are always taking the benefits, of emergency services, under this rule, hospital always taking benefits more and more, They are not worried about staff's payment increment.

Dislikes

Because they are avoiding to give annual payment increment. And also avoiding promotions of staff and their increment in payment. They are not feeling the vaccunt post. They are not maintaining the staff and doctors ratio according to patients. So very poor service in the attendance of the patients in time.
