after working for more than 3 years after pandemic management suddenly askes to leave job without any concerete reason people in the higher management does not listens to sales person but only take decisions on the feed back of manager who are good for not nothing?

manager tries their level best to make their juniors fully dependent on them, no grooming is provided and juniors has to rely on senior for every help,no product training no motivation is provided ,

IT was not so good in case of Project my senior use to tell me " ye th hum pehle se kar rhe the tumne kya kiya" all that bullshit
