Commercial Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordination with Government Department for payment collection.
• Documentations as per the requirement of the customers for onwards submission for processing the payment and regular follow up by email, phone and visits to ensure the timely payment from them
• Proficient in computer specially in word, excel, outlook to facilitate daily tasks efficiently and good drafting skills
• Coordination with the customers for unloading of goods on site, arranging GRN / MRN / inspection at site and site visit where required for timely submission of the documents and payment processing
• Knowledge of Performance Bank guarantee / ABG, Corporate guarantee and working skills in SAP, ERP
• Creating sales orders / DI in SAP / ERP for dispatching the goods from the plant as per the dispatch instruction of the clients as well as follow up with the plant for the dispatch
• Coordination with business partner for getting dispatch instruction or other required documents and detail from them for dispatching the goods to ensure correct invoicing and documentation
• Final documentations as per the requirement of the customers for releasing the retention payment and LD case preparation for releasing the retained amount.
