HR is good & understands the employees very well Mr Shubham.

Lot of internal politics is going on all the time. One Moment they will promote you and on the second moment you'are fired that too within the same day. I have seen it personally, I too left due to internal politics and found a better offer. There is always a vacancy here for the right escape goat so don't be that one. After the death of the old owners the company has spiralled doen the drain. But one thing I found good about their company ethics , they didn't keep any of my money even thouggh I left.
