The work culture is very good. It feels good to work here. Every team is very supportive and the staff is also very supportive.

Here, once someone gets a rating, he will always get a good rating. Whether he works or not. You are doing a very good job. If your rating gets bad for the first time, then your rating will always remain bad. The chance of promotion is very less.I have not understood till date on what basis promotions are done here. Salaries are on time, perks and benefits are great, they have set up an entire learning platform which is really nice. It's just that we don't get time to learn something on that platform because we are working day n night.

Well I don't really know about the entire company but the site where I work is absolutely mentally exhausting. Work culture is very poor and all the employees feel stressed and burnt out.
