Work life balance is good, solely depends on Korean Management. So far, no lat hour working in last 4years.

Dislikes

Working culture is strange. Policy and procedures are not in sync with local laws and practice. Conservation prevails for large deals. In last 4/5 years, no big deal happened.

Biased Management Some employees are working too hard and some are not working at all Low appraisal rate No recognition of hard work Irrelevant process (more) to delay task and activities

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
