Main problem is Salary, they are not showing any details. They are deducting lot of money.

I have no likes for this company, because they are doing cost cutting in everything thing, such as Food, Accommodation, Salary,etc...

Dislikes

Poor management, poor co-ordination, they make you fool by saying good salaries & all. After you joined here they will not listen your single word also. They will cut your money from your safety allowance, salary& from everywhere without any reason. It's better to waste your time in this company, go for QCon or some good n reputed organization.

Team work, day to day new challenges during the wor, motivation by seniors and most importantly having better opportunities to groom ourselves in terms of safety.

Regional feelings among some people, blame culture among some persons and getting few chances to rejoin the company on the basis of skill & efficiency etc

Work Details

It's been a great opportunity for me know about so many things like facing new challenges during the work, how to educate the crew we work with, and moreover to mould myself in such a personality to build up physically and mentally strong enough.
