the career growth is just a trap to show newcomers as an example I feel. The decisions for anything and everything are taken by the CEO and other higher management people just follow the instructions blindly. No work ethic or value for people who work for the company

Kapture is the best place to start working with straight out of the college or for people having 2-3 years of experience in the Service CRM platform. You will learn how to manage your work, how to keep following ups on proper timelines and brainstorming ideas of making the roadmap of the coming future of the product with the initial base

The management is terrible, no one knows what to do but they'll do whatever they think, no ethics, micro management (because there are too many people who are jobless sitting in VP, AVP and managers position and doing this non-sense). No proper focus, people will do work only when a client escalates. No career path, nomotivation, no WFH, basically this company offers nothing!!
