The working environment is not suitable for your health , the higher authority is irritating and always tend to talk and conduct meetings on irrelevant topics and so on. Another issue I observed is that the salary paid is not enough as compared to the work they demand from us . Un-necessary work burden and absence of work standards is the major issue I personally observed.
