The company is extremely toxic and the work culture is pathetic. Everything goes fine throughout the year and as soon as the appraisal season comes, they start accusing you of bad attitude, bad work and quality and more. This is pathetic. The company also delays the appraisal cycle for 6 months and with no explanation. You have to work 24*7 and they say toxic things like if you rest for a day as taking leverage. This is pathetic.
