No job security. Work culture in Kerala is like a hell.

Especially in Kerala there in no personal life when you are with nerolac paints. Using of abusive language as if all are beggars is what seniors are using. I respect the company and policies but some of the people who are working are making us to curse the company. Really sorry to put this

Work Details

I enjoyed working with the company and learned lot of things whic h helps me in both professional and personal life. But I came out very sadly . No work satisfaction is there. Every time senior is using bad words and language not to me but to all.

Dislikes

middle management sometimes a curse to organisation, especially people joining from other industry. They wont follow the work culture and do MIGHT IS RIGHT and also leave the system before its result.
