Job Description

Department: Decorative Sales and Marketing
Position: TSO/TSE
Designation and grade Level: Territory Sales Officer
Position Location: Jaipur Upcountry and Udaipur (Rajasthan), Bhatinda (Punjab), Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh) and Gurugram (Haryana)
Position Reporting to: Project Sales Manager/ASM

Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in Project Sales
Qualification: B.com/B.Tech/MBA

Identifying the prospective clients, generating business from the new & existing accounts and
achieving increased sales growth; developing channel partners for achieving business volumes

Ability to develop strategies based on a deep understanding of the
business environment, market needs and global trends and
effectively deploy strategy into strategic initiatives and actions,
while managing risks effectively.
Ability to plan and execute effectively, leveraging all possible
resources. Effectively balance goal achievement with process rigor.

competitive edge, and leverage innovation as an opportunity to
lead change and transformation within the organization
