Talent Acquisition and Retention : -
1) Manpower Planning, Forecasting and budgeting activities as per business plan.
2) Talent Acquisition and Retentions strategies and implementations
3) Identify prospective candidates using appropriate channel mix
4) Develop strategies for recruitment of open and replacement positions in line with manpower planning forecasting and TAT.
5) Generate ready pipeline for future hiring needs maintaining the flow of candidates.
6) Response for end to end vendor management (Mandate to Invoice - Recruitment Consultants)
7) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
8) Maintain intelligent Hiring & Manpower related trackers & MIS.
9) Maintain the sourcing mix to reduce the cost per hire.
Business Partnering : -
Partner with Business (Functional Head Vertical Head) to drive Organisation business plan
1) Drive HR Projects closely with Business team .
2) This role will have high elements of Projects and Business Partnering - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
3) Strong Project Management skills / Well verged with Project Management methodology.
4) Strong track record in hiring talent for current and future needs of an organization
5) Ability to proactively resolve issues, exercise good judgment, ownership, prioritization and display strategic and critical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office.
6) Should have partnered with business in his prior work experience and demonstrated ability to implement talent acquisition/talent management and retention measures
Manage the team to deliver on the following tasks:
7) Lead and execute the Manpower planning, budget, and forecast exercise in collaboration with the HR Operations Manager.
8) Talent Attraction, Engagement, Development & Retention.
9) Lead the Recruitment portfolio from selection to onboarding and guide the team to deliver top quality results
10) Plan, lead and execute Performance Management System and guide the management with regards to Promotions, Transfers, Career plan, Succession plan
11) Create reports and management information as and when required
12) Handle all employee queries and act as first line of managerial response to all their HR related queries
13) Monitor Staff attendance, leave records & validation of records
