No career growth financially or intellectually. No annual increments, no incentives. Company's administration is very poor, HR is totally unresponsive. Unavailability of basic necessities like health plans and living accommodation. For Engineers there is no overtime compensation but if you complete 8 hrs extra per day you get one earned leave. But say you stay 3 or 4 hrs extra, that doesn't mount to anything....Read More
