Learning point of view this company is good. Because it is old technology plant reactive maintenance jobs coming time to time so practical knowledge will increases day by day.

Retired Members are working in Higher Management. So They Don't sympathetically feeling towards their lower management. they do promotions who having skills of buttering. they do not want to change the things or any innovative ideas to develop their subordinates.
