Working culture is very good. There is no overload on a employe. Most of the chemical companies are in remote location but kanpur fertilizer comes in a kanpur city which makes employe happy.

There is a lot of things to learn because being so old problem keep occurring.Despite being so old it's performance is still good.Urea quality is good(i.e. less moisture and less biuret formation)

There is a lot of discremination here including promotion and salary.Some get very high salary while some get very low.Bad management with no vision.Nobody listen to you at all.
