No work pressure. Everybody is a average skilled, so no one is expected to perform with high quality work.

Dislikes

The administration and management of the company is terrible. Every policy of the company is structered to harass and exploit employees. Management changes company's rules or policies on their whim with no information to employees. There are no written rules for employees to refer. Salary date is not fixed. Appraisals and promotions are biased and fixed by nepotism. Apart from this management doesn't have a fixed time period or the month for promotions. Mandatory 90 days notice period is another means to harass employees. Before buyout option was available to get relieved early but now employees are forced to work for 90 days and due to this employee looses further job opportunities. Very toxic and bad environment makes this company a terrible work place. No wonder the company is going through bankruptcy....Read More
