Serene Campus atmosphere. Most students were from poor economic background and I'm happy that I could help with their mental health. People in Mananthavady Campus were really nice to work with. Job training was provided in the beginning which seems useful to atleast some people.

Dislikes

Some authorities were making unnecessary troubles. You will have to have to travel to other campus as required. Most Saturdays you will be asked to come to Mangattuparamba Campus for review meeting and coming from Mananthavady Campus were transportation facilities are not available after 4.30 was a great trouble. Often I had stay near Mangattuparamba Campus for which no allowances are provided. Politics affect the growth and development of the University itself and because of that actual issues that need attention takes a long time to be addressed. Transportation facilities are very poor to and from Mananthavady Campus. Salary is okay but you can't tell when will you receive it....Read More
