Again it is purely project experience, I joined as a fresher and worked for 5 years in various teams, it is having a standard of treating employees and has the respect as a employee and as a developer. I would totally recommend to start your career and for experienced it is going to be challenging.

Hybrid mode was good for employees, but it has got down the team collaboration and remote employees in team will feel abandoned, it is similar to MNC benefiting the employees but not all.

Only learning You can learn as a fresher and come out

Hell a lot of dislikes listed below- 1. No job security. You will be forced to move out at anytime due to project. 2. Office politics and nepotism will play a major role. If you ask question you will be targeted. 3. The worst management and the HR team i have ever worked with. HR team will support the management even if they are wrong.

IMO It's not about the company , it's about the colleagues and the leadership team you work under. You will be given enough training if you boarded as a fresher to the company. HR spoc will differ for each team, it depends upon them There are on-stream projects and also projects from scratch undergoing

IMO The bench period was really horrible while i got rammed down from team restructuring . if u joined a on stream projects , u will be given enough time for certification process and it would be free
