I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company is totally biased towards their old employees , here people at higher designation thinks they own the company and treat you like a slave , especially they hired a new VP , he thinks he is extra talented and as well as he knows everything and other person is a fool. Sorry to say but a very toxic work culture is being promoted by a senior level person in Kangaro.
