Please don't join . This is not a company, only a big Diaper shop . There is no HR policy, no leave policy, no holiday policy, no travel policy. HR is totally inactive. Totally controlled by a commission agent. All decisions he is taking in favor of him . Without any concern , they send termination letter to any employee. They only wants to make Super stockist points in any where/ same place of existing SS area . Huge stocks laying at any SS points. MD also not bothering for any employee. From wholesellers my team got to know that we are their 5th team within a year. They hire good people and retain them for 2 months, they(advisor) play with your career and mentally harasses you. Their is no written communication means their is no proof with you.They had a very bad image in market as they don't supply material aftertaking money from the wholesellers and retailers.
