Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

There is no corporate culture. Most of the staff is based on oil molish type. No respect for employ. No appraisals. Working hours 24 x 7. Leave adjustment also not doing.
