Salary is delayed. HR is of no help most of the time regarding salaries. Appraisals are delayed always. Increment levels are low. Rules are changed overnight

Food arrangements.... Staff Canteen/mess only Veg that too inside the site. Staff must come to site to take breakfast, lunch and dinner, creating compulsion of works even though if public holidays or National holidays.

* On-time Salaries * Moderate work life balance. You can easily manage work load and spend quality time with your family but again it all depends on your location of work and work manager.

*Lack of recognition and frequent transfers of employees/offices from here and there. *Very bad behavior from some of the higher level and experienced HR persons. They didn't even care about their employees and will announce their decision like a dictator. *Top management didn't even know and realize the ground reality how some of the higher management are treating their employees. They often harass you openly in joint meeting in-front of your juniors and whole team and would say words like "jisko jana h jhola uthakr chale jaye mujhe koi fark nhi padta". Who want to work under such management!!!! *Mentioned above are reasons why Kalpataru facing very high rate of iterations. Old and valuable employees are continuously resigning from their positions. *Very poor appraisal and promotions are like myth. If you created some dependencies on your on-going projects and resign then there may be some chances to get better pay which is again also depends on your luck as well....Read More
