there is nothing that could be liked, if you get sales, if you dont get sales, the behaviour, pressure, and stress remains same, they dont presurize you but rather i should say they literally harass you,torcher you mentally to the limit that you start loosing control over your professional and personal life balance. they say they operate in 5 countries and they dont have enough funds to build themselves a cafeteria or a meeting room or even the conference room...which can accomodate even single batch employes all together...literally the cafeteria has nothing but 5 chairs ,just 5 chairs and a table ...you cannot take breaks as per your own suitibility and they too expect that all their agents can have lunch nd dinner break in a limited time span with only 5 chairs, where if 5 people are already eating 6th one will need to wait for his turn to have their dinner...similarly the conference and meeting rooms are like small boxes where they want everyone to fit in ,yes i liked atleast one thing, they have a big washroom, yes, bigger then their conference or meeting hall...Read More

read my likes, they dont need employees but yes labours, so if you think you are a well educated low life labour you are most welcome to kalkine, they want you to work an extra saturday which is usually a off for all international ventures, i agree that yes companies can make you work extra to meet targets but when they do ,they also compensate for that extra work with a complimemtry off or a extra pay for one extra day, but at kalkine forget getting compensated for the extra day, every alternate day they ask you to extend no matter you are a girl or a guy ,even when you already have got a sale, no decency of how to talk to people humanely, even if you hit enogh sales then their existing sales rep, they would taunt you daily nhi ho rha to chor do, mai tmhari jagah hota to chor deta, nhi horha to ghar chale jao. the leaders here are so dumb that they dont have a clue how to take a session...they ask lead gens to generate leads based on certain parameter and once the led gens fullfils the given task ,they will then ask where is the conversions 😂🤣 cummon bro you hired lead gens to generate leads not c9nvert sales, the sales team is responsible of hitting sales on the leads produced, it is not lead gens duty to give you conversions or else lead gens would have been in sales, on the other hand a ridiculous question, comapny has asked you to generate 100 to 150 leads in a month with proper disclaimers and quality parameters , now after doing the task with all due respect and dedication how can you ask the employee to justify where would the company bring money to pay salaries , bro its your job ,you are scolding people about this with not even a single lead, sale, produc3d by you, how would you, justify your salaries being paid to you ??? by shouting at your juniours, do you think you pressurising kids ,torturing them with mental pressure would make it rain money ?? fools! they have got nubes and inexpert people doing jobs which they are even not qualified for...lol...Read More

There is nothing to dislike about the organisation. People who make excuses. To work. Will always have issues with the company. It's a great place to work. I would say an opportunity to learn new things.
