Nothing at all they will not provide you any training and keep asking if you have learnt or not by just sitting besides them. They ask you for mock calls without even telling you what is the product.

Please do not cheat people and demotivate them after joining for kalkine senior management , every person will threaten you are not good for anything. They will give fake examples that i was on call next day after training and will make you feel that you cannot perform. And make you just sit and nobody bothers about whether you need any help in learning the product or not. They are selling fake reports for stock market and wants you also to cheat people. My recommebdation is please avoid this company and selfish people of this conpany. HR did not ask me why you want to leave he straightly said it's ok to leave. Very supportive, I have been working with Kalkine since 1.5 years. Specially during this covid time Kalkine has been supporting each and every employee by providing full salary, Bonuses, Required Increments, done Promotions as well. Very happy to be a part of Kalkine company.

Dislikes

It would be great if we have an Entertainment or Rest Room, in case if somebody falls ill. Like a health room.

The Management genuinely cares for your growth both professionally & personally . I have been here almost a year & I am very happy at Kalkine. Everyone is so helpful and always keen to support u. Even in my difficult time during covid the company supported me every time.

Cheapest company i have ever seen in my entire life,, no management,,, they will fire you anytime,, even hr will ask you to resign and if you deny to resign then HR will put resign on behalf of you without letting you know,, and the worst part is you don't get monthly incentives,,, you acheive your target and you will get paid after2 months and too will not be paid in full,, 30% will your tax deduction, so now remaining is 70% out of wish you will get only 50% after 2 months and the remaining incentive you will not get paid as you it after year or aftet 1 and half year,, and once you leave this company or even if they fire you,, then you will not get 25% of your 2 year of incentive,,, cheapest company guys please do not join as you guys will spoil your career,,, HR will not answer your phone call,,,no management,, kunal sawhney CEO of the company is like PEON OF THE COMPANY,,, will pray for their shut down soon....Read More
