Absolutely wonderful experience working with Kalkine, Ample of support from training and development. Great and friendly staff and colleagues. I would take a moment to thank Ajay sir and rhythm. For the support during training. Thank you Kalkine. :)

There is nothing to dislike about the organisation. People who make excuses. To work. Will always have issues with the company. It's a great place to work. I would say an opportunity to learn new things.

Absolutely NOTHING PLEASE DON'T JOIN HERE!!!!!! THey force people to give them good reviews and are absolutely opposite (even worse) of their good reviews.. It's a hire and fire company. They don't give training and expect over and above, the management has absolutely zero professionalism and zero manners how to talk with people, mistakes are part of life and they pretend like one mistake is equal to life threat. I met with an accident but still I was put on pip overnight. The so called manager shouted on me like some Dehaati woman fighting on the street, and that too when I took sick leave and had accident on the same day. Even my friend who used to extend till 10PM from 5AM (many times without taking single leave) (few seniors learned lot of things from her), did too much for them, without any reason she too was placed under PIP. No matter if you die, you will have to serve notice period of two months. There's only peak partiality, favouritsm, and unprofessionalism coupled with dirty politics. They don't even have enough space but asking people to come at office during australian shifts (even if someone lives out of Delhi) log in at 5am , do some work, leave your laptop, then get ready and come there, do work, including the time you watsed in travelling, while they don't even have cabs or shuttle service.......Read More

Nothing at all they will not provide you any training and keep asking if you have learnt or not by just sitting besides them. They ask you for mock calls without even telling you what is the product.

Please do not cheat people and demotivate them after joining for kalkine senior management , every person will threaten you are not good for anything. They will give fake examples that i was on call next day after training and will make you feel that you cannot perform. And make you just sit and nobody bothers about whether you need any help in learning the product or not. They are selling fake reports for stock market and wants you also to cheat people. My recommebdation is please avoid this company and selfish people of this conpany. HR did not ask me why you want to leave he straightly said it's ok to leave. Nthng is good about it. The manager doesnt care about and even the vertical head will also make u feel that u r not fit for the job.

The working culture is poor. The manager is not at all helpful No transport, no gym, no cafe, no food, no outings, no training.
