Nothing at all they will not provide you any training and keep asking if you have learnt or not by just sitting besides them. They ask you for mock calls without even telling you what is the product.

Please do not cheat people and demotivate them after joining for kalkine senior management , every person will threaten you are not good for anything. They will give fake examples that i was on call next day after training and will make you feel that you cannot perform. And make you just sit and nobody bothers about whether you need any help in learning the product or not. They are selling fake reports for stock market and wants you also to cheat people. My recommebdation is please avoid this company and selfish people of this conpany. HR did not ask me why you want to leave he straightly said it's ok to leave.
